FASST subscription allows you to book a car on the platform with 3 easy steps. Select from a range of premium well-maintained vehicles for your daily needs, choose your desired subscription plan, and have your vehicle delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours. All subscription is automatically renewed for ease of convenience or you can choose to swap/stop your subscription if needed.

For 1 week subscription, you may collect your the car at 305 Alexandra Road #B1, Singapore 159942 or 1 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408607.

FASST subscription is a free-to-join program.

Subscribers need to be at least 21 years old for non-BMW vehicles or at least 25 years old for BMW vehicles. All subscribers need to hold a valid driving licence with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. An international driving permit is required if your licence is not issued locally or from an ASEAN country.

Cars available are shown in the vehicle listing. Should you require other vehicle models, please reach out to us at enquiry@fasst.simedarby.com.sg.

You must provide your foreign driving licence with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). If an IDP is not available, you are required to provide an official translation of your foreign driving licence in English. An IDP is not required if your driving license is issued from an ASEAN country. If you are a foreigner residing in Singapore for more than 12 months, you are required to convert your foreign licence to a valid Singapore driving licence.

We offer a subscription period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. You may opt-in for auto-renewal based on your preferred period and rate. Alternatively, you may terminate your subscription before the end of the term.

Our vehicles are only meant for personal usage.

We accept payment via Mastercard, VISA, PayNow and bank transfer.

No, we don't have any mileage cap for our vehicles.

Car delivery and collection is available daily from 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays, subject to availability.

Yes, you may add 1 additional driver to your subscription. Please inform us in advance of their personal details, so that we can extend the insurance coverage to the second driver.

You can cancel your subscription three (3) days before the end of your current subscription and return your car on the last day. If you fail to notify us within the required notice period, your subscription will be renewed automatically on a weekly* or monthly basis. *Weekly renewal is only applicable for 1-week subscription term.

Yes, you may return the car in advance, please inform us at least 3 days in advance of the return and we will refund 50% of the unused period to your original payment method.

You are responsible for traffic violations and resulting legal action/fines. All traffic violation notices received will be redirected to you. Your subscription may be suspended should you fail to pay or resolve any traffic violation notices, or any related legal actions.

Please contact our 24 hours roadside assistance at 9747 8128. If there is an injury, you are required to make a police report immediately.

Only one key will be issued to the driver as we will require another spare key for any emergency access.

Yes, you can enjoy free entry into Malaysia for subscription above 3 months. For subscription of less than 3 months, there will be a Malaysia surcharge of $59.95 per day for non-BMW cars, and $109 per day for BMW cars (inclusive of GST). Subscribers will need to inform our team (enquiry@fasst.simedarby.com.sg) prior to driving into Malaysia so as to obtain the required insurance and documents needed. Do note that driving into Thailand is not permitted.

Pets, smoking and durians are not allowed in the vehicle. This is to ensure that the vehicle is good condition for the next subscription. Charges are applicable for any damages caused.

Yes, we provide a replacement vehicle during vehicle downtime.
